Rewilding Our Lives

A course by Meander

What does it mean to be wild in our domesticated world?

Modern life has trapped us in domestic patterns — keeping us distracted, disconnecting us from our instincts, divorcing us from our role as a species responsible for tending our natural habitat. Most of us sense something isn’t right. We perform, we contribute to productivity, feeling somehow disconnected from something we can’t quite name.

Wildness isn’t about chaos — something to tame and control. It’s a quality of presence: in the body, in relationships, in the encounter with the living world. It’s not out there in the wilderness somewhere, best left to take its own course. Wildness is available right here, in the life you already have. Emergent. Self-willed. Life that insists on living.

This course is the beginning of a journey to explore what wildness means — how it shows up in different ways, in our minds, bodies, and relationships. If we cultivate wildness in our lives, we can foster a wilder culture and a more life-sustaining future.
